Alcoholic Beverages

Missouri and Federal Law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of twenty-one (21). Therefore, guests are required to show proper identification and proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages at Centene Community Ice Center. Guests are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages onto the property of Centene Community Ice Center.

Animals

Animals or pets of any kind are not permitted into Centene Community Ice Center except for trained service animals and service animals in training for guests with disabilities. Service animals must be leashed at all times, unless performing a necessary task for their handler which requires the leash be removed. Handlers are responsible for cleaning up after their service animal and for any damages caused by the service animal. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other guests and/or employees may be asked to escort the animal off the premises. In order to better accommodate guests with service animals, please notify our Guest Services Department at (314) 451-2244.

Banners & Signs

Banners, signs, flags, posters of any kind must adhere to the below specifications:

  • Signs generally limited to 24" × 36"
  • Lightweight, hand-held signage
  • Family-friendly and appropriate content
  • No profanity, obscene/sexually explicit, threatening, discriminatory, hateful, violent, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate content
  • Signs cannot be attached to hockey sticks, poles, dowels, rods, sporting equipment, or facility structures
  • Signs cannot obstruct views, walkways, or event operations
  • Management retains discretion to determine whether a sign complies with the policy

Cashless Facility

Centene Community Ice Center is a cashless venue, all concessions and vender points-of-sale will only accept major credit debit cards except Discover.

Food & Beverage

No Outside Food and Beverage allowed. All Food and Beverage must be purchased through 314 Social, Schnucks Grab n Go or any concession stand within the facility.

Guest Conduct

In order to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment we ask that while visiting Centene Community Ice Center, guests must be courteous and respectful to those around them and abide by venue policies. Guests using foul or abusive language, behaving in an unruly manner or appearing intoxicated are subject to ejection and/or arrest.

Prohibited Items

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: 

  • Professional cameras with detachable lenses
  • Audio/Video recording devices (GoPro, iPad, tablets, Google Glasses, Spectacles, etc.)
  • Selfie Sticks, Tripods, Monopods
  • Outside food and/or beverages
  • Oversized bags and backpacks (no larger than 12" x 6" x 12")
  • Cans, Metal/Glass/Plastic Containers, Bottles or Flasks
  • Illegal drugs or substances (zero tolerance on this)
  • Incendiary devices, flammable liquids, aerosol cans, permanent markers
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Strollers (exceptions made for collapsible ones that fit under seat)
  • Banner sticks, poster tubes and flag poles
  • Items whose content cannot be inspected (wrapped gifts, etc.)
  • Laptops, personal computers, two-way radios, tablets, iPads
  • Flashlights, laser pointers, flares, fireworks, confetti
  • Nose making devices
    • Traditional handheld horns blown using the person's own breath (such as plastic stadium horns/vuvuzelas) are permitted, while air horns, electronic horns, megaphones, whistles, and mechanically/electronically amplified devices are prohibited.
  • Balloons, balls, projectiles, optical illusions
  • Skateboards, segways, scooters, roller blades, bikes, hoverboards, helmets
  • Coolers, ice chests, folding chairs, pointed-tip umbrellas
  • Seat cushions or booster seats: cannot have zippers, pockets or concealable areas
  • Masks, chains, studded belts or bracelets
  • Drones
  • Animals or pets (accomodations will be made for trained, harnessed, and housebroken service animals)
  • Unapproved pamphlets, handouts, ads, flyers
  • Clothing, garments, or signs displaying explicit language, profanity, derogatory characterization
  • Signs, flags and banners of any size or kind

Facility management and security reserves the right to ban any additional items at their discretion. Centene Community Ice Center and security staff reserves the right to search anyone, and their belongings, who enter the premises.

Smoking

Smoking, vaping, and the use of any tobacco, nicotine, cannabis, or similar products are prohibited inside the facility and in all designated non-smoking areas. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, vape pens, electronic smoking devices, and any similar products or devices.
