Camps & Clinics
Throughout the year, Centene Community Ice Center will host various skating or hockey camps and clinics. During a camp or clinic, our experienced coaches will guide skaters or players through exciting drills, conditioning exercises, and more with the ultimate goal of developing their skills and improving on-ice performances. Occasionally, a camp or clinic will include off-ice training and require that a player or skater bring gym clothes for this portion.
Check out our upcoming camps and clinics below. We do our best to schedule camps and clinics as often as possible, however, during hockey season months our ice availabiltiy becomes very limited and can impact our ability to schedule them.

Women's Development Camp | June
This four-week skill development camp will focus on skating elements, stickhandling, giving and receiving passes, shooting, and more for ANY level of player. The first hour will be spent on-ice followed by 45 minutes of stickhandling and shooting in the Bauer Skills Center located inside USA Arena! This camp is designed to work on your game, meet other female hockey players in the area, get in a good sweat, and have FUN!
COST: $175/player
WHEN: Tuesday evenings in June (6/4, 6/11, 6/18, 6/25)
TIME: 6:30-7:30pm (on ice) & 7:45-8:30pm (off ice)
AGES: 15 & Older
SKILL LEVEL: All skill levels welcome

Tigers Youth Hockey Camp | June 20-21
This exciting two-day youth hockey camp will focus on development through guided drills intended to sharpen the basic skills needed to be a successful player. Both days feature instruction from current collegiate hockey players from the Mizzou Tigers hockey team!
COST: $250/player (includes specialty jersey)
WHEN: June 20-21
TIME: 9am-12:30pm each day
AGES: 10 & under
EQUIPMENT: Players should come with full hockey gear and gym clothes + tennis shoes for off-ice portion

Basic Skating, Two-Day Camp | June 27-28
New skaters looking to get comfortable on the ice will love this two-day introductory skating course! Our experienced coaches will cover basic skating skills, simple spins, and stopping plus we'll have on-ice games and some off-ice training.
COST: $100/skater
WHEN: June 27-28
TIME: 2-4:30pm
AGES: 4 & Older (adults welcome)
SKILL LEVEL: Beginner

Competitive Skating, Two-Day Camp | June 27-28
More experienced skaters will enjoy this two-day skating course designed for those with figure skating experience! Our seasoned coaches will guide skaters through jumps and spins, power skating, turns and edges, footwork, and artistry plus we'll have on-ice games and some off-ice training.
COST: $100/skater

AGES: 6 & Older (adults welcome)
SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate and Advanced
